Office and Lab Coordinator

Contraline, Inc. is an early-stage medical device company that is developing a novel long-lasting, non-hormonal, reversible male contraceptive.



Contraline is seeking an individual to support the daily office, laboratory, administrative, and accounting tasks. An ability to handle a diverse workload across the Company with some direction is key for this role. We seek individuals with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to a very dynamic environment. Experience/interest in the life science/biotech industry is desired. This role can be either a full-time/part-time opportunity.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as receptionist for the office
  • Manage office and lab supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
  • Perform purchasing and maintain Contraline’s Purchase Order system
  • Month-end reconciliations for credit cards and bank statements
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Assist with corporate insurance policies
  • Support documentation for Contraline’s Quality Management System
  • Manage executives’ schedules
  • Assist with meetings/events coordination
  • Document management including filing, faxing, copying and shredding
  • Ensures compliance of documentation records
  • Office errands


Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of Associate’s Degree, B.A. or B.S. degree preferred


Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of overall professional experience in administration and/or accounting
  • Excellent professional communication and organizational skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting is desired
  • Exceptional multi-tasker with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining vigilant attention to details
