How NES/T is Designed to Work
1

Apply once a day

On the shoulders and upper arms – morning or night. Designed to deliver a consistent amount and dry fast to easily fit into anyone's routine.

2

Novel combination of two hormones

NES/T is an investigational combination of two hormones that are individually approved by the FDA for other uses. Designed to temporarily pause sperm production while maintaining normal testosterone levels.

3

Reliable and reversible

Clinical trials have shown that most men reach contraceptive levels within a couple months of use. Upon stopping use of NES/T, sperm levels rise and fertility is restored.

A Phase 2b clinical trial has completed with 17 sites and 462 couples enrolled.
Phase 3 planning is now underway.
"I've only experienced increased libido. Maybe I'm just lucking out but I hope this is the case for the majority of participants. If it is, it's definitely going to change contraception as a whole."
